RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At SPOISM, we care about our customers' satisfaction with their shopping experience. The return process for products you have purchased is subject to the following conditions.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without showing any reason.

2. Return Conditions

The product to be returned must be:

• unused,
• unwashed,
• undamaged,
• in resalable condition,
• with all original tags attached,
• sent with its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, returns may not be accepted for products that have been used or are not suitable for resale.

3. Return Shipping Fee

For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

The sender is responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of the cargo to us.

4. Exchange Policy

As SPOISM, we currently do not offer product exchange services.

Customers who wish to choose a different size or product can return their existing orders and place a new order.

5. Return Process

After your return request reaches us, the product undergoes the necessary quality control process.

If the return conditions are met, your payment will be refunded to the payment method used in the order within the legal period of 14 days.

Due to bank processing times, it may take a few business days for the amount to be reflected in your account.

6. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

• Used products
• Washed products
• Products with perfume, deodorant, or cosmetic scents
• Products with removed tags
• Damaged products
• Products that have lost their resalable quality
• Products excluded from the right of withdrawal by law

7. Damaged or Wrong Product

We kindly ask you to check your package when you receive your order.

In case of damaged, missing, or wrong product delivery, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.
