2. PURPOSE OF THE FORM

This Pre-Information Form has been prepared to inform the Buyer before completing their order, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The Buyer acknowledges having read and understood this form before confirming their order.

3. PRODUCT AND ORDER INFORMATION

The following information regarding the order will also be displayed on the payment screen and order confirmation:

• Product name
• Product features (color, size, etc.)
• Quantity
• Unit price
• Total sale price including VAT
• Shipping fee
• Total payment amount
• Payment method

This information may vary depending on the order.

4. PAYMENT

Payments are accepted via credit card through the PAYTR secure payment system.

SPOISM does not store, view, or process credit card information.

5. DELIVERY

Orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce.

Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days and may vary depending on the delivery address and extraordinary circumstances.

Public holidays, busy campaign periods, or force majeure events may affect delivery times.

6. SHIPPING FEE

The shipping fee is displayed separately during the order and added to the total payment amount.

SPOISM does not offer free shipping.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to hello@spoismthebrand.com within this period.

8. RETURN CONDITIONS

The product to be returned must be:

• unused,
• unwashed,
• with its tag on,
• with its original packaging,
• in a resalable condition.

Returns of products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

9. EXCHANGE POLICY

SPOISM does not offer product exchange services.

If a new size or product is requested, the existing product must be returned, and a new order must be placed.

10. SITUATIONS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following situations:

• Used products,
• Washed products,
• Products with removed tags,
• Products unsuitable for resale due to hygiene reasons,
• Products damaged due to user error.

The consumer's mandatory rights arising from the law are reserved.

12. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In disputes arising from this Pre-Information Form, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the T.C. Ministry of Trade in accordance with the current legislation.

13. APPROVAL

The Buyer;

• acknowledges having read this Pre-Information Form,
• had the opportunity to review the Distance Sales Agreement,
• has been fully informed about the product subject to the order, its price, payment method, delivery, right of withdrawal, and return conditions,
• placed their order of their own free will

accepts electronically.

By completing the order, the Buyer is deemed to have read and accepted this Pre-Information Form.
